PERSONAL ASSISTANT COO
REQUIREMENTS :
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma’s Degree in Secretary/Public Relations.
- At least 2 year of working experience in the same field.
- Fluent in English & Korean, both written and spoken.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt, initiative, agile, and attention to details.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Acting as first point of contact of COO
- Assist in all CEO business or personal matter and needs
- Fulfil day-to-day secretarial and administrative support for COO
- Assist to all travel & accommodation needs also business matter in ID Office
- Maintain database and good filling systems for smooth data retrieving
- Keeping confidential information from COO Office
