PRODUCTION PLANNING & INVENTORY CONTROL (PPIC) MANAGER
REQUIREMENTS :
- Minimum 6 – 10 years of experience in similar role
- Minimum S1 Industrial Engineering or related
- Understand the concept of inventory management ( MRP, stock level, etc.)
- Understand the concept of production plan and control (production excellence)
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Create a production plan based on customer requests, production capacity, and raw material inventory
- Ensure the implementation of production plans
- Identify and solve the operational problem
- Implement strategies to avoid excess or stock shortages that can affect the production process
- Mentoring, training, developing and assessing performance
- PPIC and Production team members
- Process improvement, analyzing production and inventory data for evaluate the team’s operational performance
- Prepare periodic reports detailing production performance, inventory levels, and problems that need to be resolved
