In accordance with OJK Regulation No. 35/POJK.04/2014 on Corporate Secretary of Issuers or Public Companies, PT Multi Medika Internasional Tbk has appointed Stia Noermayanthy as Corporate Secretary to advise the Board of Directors on capital market regulations and their implementation, and to act as a liaison between PT Multi Medika Internasional Tbk and OJK, IDX and other public institutions, based on Board of Directors Decree SK No. 001/SK-DIR/MMI/VIII/2023 dated August 21, 2023. The appointment is effective since August 21, 2023.
