WE CARE, PT MULTI MEDIKA INTERNASIONAL, TBK. (MMI) HELD CSR
BLOOD DONATION PROGRAM WITH PMI (INDONESIAN RED CROSS)

JAKARTA – PT MULTI MEDIKA INTERNASIONAL, Tbk. together with Cetya Tatagatha Jakarta and the Indonesian Red Cross held a blood donation activity, which took place at Apt. Mediateranian Garden Residences 1 Tower Catelya, Unit SH/C/GCG, Jl. Tanjung Duren Raya Kavling 5-9 West Jakarta on December 17, 2022, 10.00 – 14.00.

This blood donation was held as a form of social and humanitarian concern which is in line with MMI’s company motto, namely “We Care”. This blood donation activity can help increase the supply of emergency needs blood  stock to PMI which is very necessary for Indonesian people who need it, especially in DKI Jakarta. In addition, blood donation also provides good benefits for the donor’s body, such as reducing the risk of heart disease, and cancer, controlling blood pressure, and renewing blood cells.

According to the Head of Cetya Tatagatha, Br. Jacky Raharja that the Blood Donor Action activity is a routine event that has been followed for a long time since 2 (two) years and the enthusiastic welcome of Indonesian citizens is evident from the many blood donors who came, but did not get the opportunity because they ran out of blood bags.

Mr. Mengky Mangarek, as Director of PT MMI who participated said “MMI is very concerned about social activities such as distributing free masks to all donor participants and PMI officers to maintain health protocols because the potential danger from Covid-19 still exists.” This is part of MMI’s mission to improve the health and quality of life of the Indonesian people for now and for generations to come.

All MMI management would like to thank PMI (Indonesian Red Cross) who helped this event run well, as well as the donors who donated their blood to care for others. We, PT MMI hope to be able to regularly hold this event to help more people who need a blood supply, because it is in line with PMI’s slogan, “One Drop of Blood, Lives for Others”.
